Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders


Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 21 days after receiving it for exchange or refund. Item must be returned in their original packaging. The goods have to be undamaged and unused though. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Custom and special orders can not be exchanged or refunded unless mistake was made by our fault.


If the goods are damaged, faulty on arrival , please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange replacement of the goods or issue refund. Item must be returned in their original packaging.


The main question that very often ask me, will be stained glass work delivered without damage ?


Please do not worry about it, I can assure you that everything arrives in perfect condition!

Items are packaged with extreme care and very safely. So that they would come to you without damage. I have very adept at sending my work to different parts of the world. If in the unlikely event you have received damaged goods, I'll always be glad to do everything that you would were satisfied




Before shipping back your return please contact me for return instructions. For your protection please ensure that your return is shipped with Recorded Delivery (and it has a tracking number). Kolibri Art is not responsible for returns that are lost in the post.
